September 7 - 9/11 Remembrance Service for the Panama City Police Department and the Panama City Fire Department. The Service is to be given by police Chaplain's Rev Joe and Kim Purl in honor of the sacrifice that was made on 9/11 and the sacrifices that are offered daily by our courageous first responders. Both departments will have displays including heavy equipment such as Fire Trucks and Panama City Police official Vehicles. Please show your support and appreciation by joining the congregation of the Panama City First Church of the Nazarene as we honor our unsung heroes past and present on this special occasion. The Kiwanis 8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament
takes place September 15 at the Kelly Plantation

Coast Woodturners Guild
The Heritage Museum of Northwest Florida will
host the Emerald Coast Woodturning Guild as
part of its Heritage Alive! Craft Series. Hands-on
learning, with basic instruction in traditional
woodturning and woodcraft techniques will be
provided. Craftsmen will demonstrate their incredible
skills, display finely crafted work and answer

Park will host a free movie night once a month.
Each month, a well known film will be shown
on a giant 16-foot screen in Savannah Park.
Tapestry Park Cinema will also be offering a
cash-only concession stand. The films that have
been chosen for this first series are geared
towards the entire family. Each of the screenings
will begin at sundown, around 8:00 p.m.; however,
guests are encouraged to arrive early to secure
