This Week! the 10th Annual Thunder Beach Spring Rally on Panama City Beach Florida! Widely known as the "Most Biker Friendly FREE rally in the United States", the Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally is held twice yearly in one of the most beautiful areas of the country.
From Frank Brown Park, with a huge selection of vendors and bike builders, and a midway big enough for entertainment such as the bike jumping shows and the biker games; to the Shoppes at Edgewater with over 75,000 sq ft of space - here is where you will find the main stage, and where the Kevin Kight Memorial Parade starts - ; to Newbys Too, which is the Factory Demo Rdies location; to the Boardwalk Beach Resort, with its 15,000 sq ft beachside pavillion, with live entertainment, a full bar, and the official Miss Thunder Beach contest; vendors and exhibitors from around the country descend on Panama City Beach Florida the first weekend in May! Not a motorcycle fan? There is still plenty to do! How about May 2-4 - The Panama City Junior Woman's Club will be hosting their 40th annual Spring Festival of the Arts in Panama City May 2 - 4, 2008 in McKenzie Park downtown. The event is a juried fine arts and crafts show that brings in approximately 80 artists. There will be entertainment all weekend long and free arts and crafts projects for children at 4 tents throughout the park. Admission is free and the hours are Friday 5 - 8 PM, Saturday 10 AM - 5 PM and Sunday 10 AM - 4 PM.
